Welcome to Paws & Paperwork – where organisation meets creativity, a little bit of ADHD magic, and a whole lot of passion!
I started Paws & Paperwork because I know what it's like to have a head full of brilliant ideas, a never-ending to-do list and not enough hours in the day to get everything done.
With 10 years of experience working in NHS administration, including executive support, project coordination and managing the organised chaos that comes with busy working environments, I've developed a real talent for juggling priorities, solving problems and turning complicated tasks into something much more manageable.
But there's another side to me – I have ADHD, and creativity is my dopamine! 🌈
My brain is constantly buzzing with ideas, designs and new ways of doing things. Whether I'm creating eye-catching social media graphics, designing something from scratch, building a spreadsheet or finding a clever way to make a process easier, I absolutely love bringing ideas to life.
Having ADHD means I understand that not everyone's brain works the same way. I know how overwhelming everyday admin can feel, how easily tasks can pile up and how much difference the right support can make.

I combine my professional experience with my love of creativity to offer friendly, flexible and practical support to small businesses, entrepreneurs, charities and anyone who could do with an extra pair of hands.
From virtual administration and project support to graphic design, social media content and bespoke documents and templates, I'm here to help take those time-consuming tasks off your plate.
I'm not a big corporate agency. I'm just Laura – an organised (most of the time!), creative, ADHD-brained human who genuinely loves helping people and making things look good along the way.
